Terms of sale

Marian Holdings LLC, doing business as SensorySketchHub, based in Massachusetts, USA. We make the files you buy and deliver them to you, and we answer your questions about them. You can reach us at contact@sensorysketchhub.com.

Checkout and your receipt say “Sold through Link”. That’s because Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, is the seller for the payment. We’re the content provider.

• Printable PDFs, such as visual schedules and routine cards, delivered as downloads.
• 3D print files (STL, 3MF and STEP), delivered as downloads.

Our printables are everyday visual supports for home and school. They aren’t medical or therapy advice and don’t replace guidance from your child’s care team.

• Prices are set in US dollars. Buyers outside the US may see and pay in their local currency at checkout, converted by Stripe and Link. You pay the total shown at checkout.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which collects any sales tax, VAT or GST and sends your receipt.
• Sales tax, VAT or GST, where it applies, is added to the price at checkout.
• Your card statement shows the charge as “LINK.COM*” followed by our name.

• Your order is confirmed once Stripe confirms your payment.
• After you pay, you land on your order page. Its address is a private link: it’s how you reach your downloads. Bookmark it, and don’t share it, because anyone with the link can use your downloads.
• We don’t send order emails yet, so the order page link is your only copy of it. Save it now. If you lose it, email contact@sensorysketchhub.com from the address you used at checkout.

• Each file can be downloaded 5 times, and the links stop working 7 days after your payment goes through. Save your files somewhere safe once you have them.
• Printables: Use them at home, in your classroom or in your therapy practice, and print as many copies as you need for that. Please don’t share, resell or re-upload the files.
• 3D print files: Print the parts for yourself as often as you like. Please don’t share, resell or re-upload the files, and ask us first before selling prints made from them.

The refund policy explains when you can get your money back. In short: files you haven’t downloaded, or files that are faulty.

We make our products with care, but we can’t promise they’ll suit every child, classroom or project. As far as the law allows, our total responsibility for an order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts, USA.

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one on this page when you placed it. The date at the top shows the last change.
