Privacy notice

Marian Holdings LLC, doing business as SensorySketchHub, based in Massachusetts, USA. We provide the files you buy. Questions about your information go to contact@sensorysketchhub.com.

Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record, which handles the payment.

• Your email address, from Stripe’s checkout page or the optional box on our cart page. We use it for your order and to answer you.
• Order details: what you bought, prices, the amount paid and any refund, the payment status, and Stripe’s reference numbers for the payment.
• Download counts: how many times each download link has been used, so we can apply the 5-download limit.
• Your IP address, used to slow down repeated checkout and download attempts. It’s stored next to a counter and used for nothing else.

We never see your card number: Stripe collects payment details on its own page. Stripe and Link collect your name and billing address (and may ask for a phone number) to calculate sales tax, VAT or GST and process payment. On our own site, we don’t ask for phone numbers, birthdays or anything about your child.

• No user accounts or passwords.
• No analytics, tracking pixels, advertising or social media scripts.
• We don’t sell your personal information or share it for advertising.
• Fonts are served from our own site, so opening a page doesn’t contact Google or any other font service.

Our site doesn’t set cookies. It saves two things in your browser’s local storage, and they stay on your device:

• Your cart: the items and quantities you’ve added. No prices or personal details.
• Your theme: whether you picked the light or dark look.

Clearing your browser’s data for this site removes both. Stripe’s checkout page is on stripe.com and uses its own cookies, under Stripe’s privacy policy.

• Stripe and Link process your payment, collect any sales tax, VAT or GST, and keep the payment and billing details you give them.
• Hostinger hosts this website and the database where orders are stored.
• Our own file server stores the files you buy. Downloads are delivered through Cloudflare’s network.
• Our email provider stores the messages you send us.

We may also share information when the law requires it.

• Order records (your email and what you bought) are kept for as long as we need them for tax and accounting records, usually up to seven years.
• Rate-limit records hold only an IP address and a counter, and are kept until we clear them.
• Our hosting provider keeps server logs. These can include your IP address and, for now, the email address an order was for.
• Your cart and theme stay in your browser until you clear them.

Email contact@sensorysketchhub.com to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. We’ll do it, except for records we must keep by law, such as tax records. We reply within 2 business days.

This store is for parents, teachers and other adults. Many of our printables are made for kids, but we don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you think a child has given us information, email us and we’ll delete it.

When we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
