- Lost your order page link: email contact@sensorysketchhub.com from the address you used at checkout, and we’ll help you get your files.
- A download won’t work, or your links ran out: tell us which file and what happened.

Payment, receipt and tax questions
Your purchase is sold through Link, Stripe’s merchant of record. You can email us about your payment, your receipt or the sales tax, VAT or GST you paid, or ask Link support directly.
