Refund policy

Last updated

If something isn’t right with your order, email us. Here is what we can do for each kind of item.

The short version

  • Printables and 3D files: refunded if you haven’t downloaded anything from that item and you ask within 7 days of buying it. After a download, refunded only if a file is faulty or not as described.
  • To ask: email contact@sensorysketchhub.com with your order number.

Printables and 3D print files

Files are delivered the moment your payment goes through, and a downloaded file can’t be handed back. So:

  • Nothing downloaded yet: ask within 7 days of buying and we refund that item in full.
  • Downloaded, but a file is faulty or not as described (it won’t open, pages are missing, or it isn’t what the listing showed): we refund that item.
  • Downloaded and working, but you changed your mind: we can’t refund it.

For 3D files, faulty means the file itself is broken, for example it won’t open or isn’t a closed solid. How a part prints also depends on your printer, filament and slicer settings, so a failed print on its own doesn’t make a file faulty. Email us anyway and we’ll help where we can.

How to ask for a refund

There’s no refund button on the site yet. Email contact@sensorysketchhub.com and include:

  • your order number, shown at the top of your order page
  • which item it’s about and what went wrong

We reply within 2 business days.

Not sure which charge it is? Your card statement shows the charge as “LINK.COM*” followed by our name.

After a refund

  • The money goes back to the card or payment method you used, through Stripe. It usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
  • When we refund a whole order, its download links stop working.
  • Link support can also help with refunds. Link and Stripe may also refund a purchase within 60 days under their own rules, even where this policy wouldn’t. Our own rules for the store are the ones above.

This policy doesn’t take away any rights you have under consumer protection law.
